BRANDY

Instructor/Personal Trainer

Hey there, I’m Brandy! 
 
I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since July 2018 and obtained a certification as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist in July 2020. Previously, I worked as a boxing coach, specializing in cardio boxing and group fitness classes at Lorenzi’s Boxing. I held a certification as a Boxing Coach with USA Boxing for a year. Prior to the start of my fitness career, I fell in love with fitness while working out at a number of gyms. 
 
I enjoy circuit training, weight lifting, working with unconventional equipment such as tractor tires and battle ropes, and boxing. During sessions, I like to keep things fresh by adding variety into my workouts. You can always expect a smile and positive encouragement from me!

    Hey Everyone! My name is Landen and I’m a Personal Trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My goal as a personal trainer is to bring my passion for living a healthy lifestyle to work everyday! Whether it be through Personal Sessions, Online Training, or Personalized Workout Plans you can do on your own! Living a healthy lifestyle is more than just exercise, it’s your nutrition, your attitude and your daily habits. My aim is to give you the tools to be at your healthiest and happiest.
      Throughout my experience of working as a Trainer I’ve seen many of my clients at their best and at their worst both mentally and physically. But one thing that has always succeeded in lifting their mood has been exercise. Whether that’s through smashing the pads during a kickboxing session or pushing through that last set of a resistance exercise, they always leave with a smile on their face!!

Austin Lind has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 8 years. He has acquired a great wealth of experience throughout his career, working for 8 different health and fitness centers across Minnesota and Wisconsin. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science (Coaching and Health Minors) from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and a Master of Science Degree in Human Performance (Strength and Conditioning Emphasis) from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Austin’s passion is working with individuals that want to increase overall body strength. A 14 year competitive powerlifting veteran, Austin has reaped the benefits of barbell training by not only sustaining a long career but also by educating both athletes and sedentary people in achieving their overall strength goals. If strength is your goal, Austin will help you exceed your limitations.

Being born and raised in Superior, Wi, I know the struggle of finding motivation especially during the winter time. I started attending fitness classes 8 years ago and found the atmosphere so motivating and encouraging! I was finding new exercise ideas and making friendships all at the same time. That led me to becoming a Personal Trainer and soon after I was teaching my own fitness classes. I have a passion for fitness, sharing my knowledge with others and making my classes fun and challenging for all fitness levels. I love creating classes from scratch that will always be fresh and rewarding for all involved.

flexibility, loaded movement training, functional movement training, body weight training and cardio endurance. In life training, we must also incorporate the importance of healthy habits. Eating well, spending time outdoors, enjoying our family and friends. God has created us all unique in our abilities and fitness should be fun and achievable for everyone. My goal is to help others find the fitness path that is right for them.
